Focus on Cumerberland County Animal Safety (FOCCAS) was founded in 2015 by a group of community members who recognized the need for a local organization dedicated to helping homeless dogs and cats. Since then, we have grown into a thriving nonprofit, serving hundreds of animals each year.
Currently, we have more than 65 volunteers caring for over 120 animals. Volunteers help with transportation, kennel cleaning, adoptions, fostering, fundraising, marketing, and publicity. There is something for everyone.
The Officers, Directors, Committee Members, and persons served by FOCCAS shall be selected entirely on a nondiscriminatory basis with respect to age, sex, race, religion, national origin, and sexual orientation. It is the policy of FOCCAS not to discriminate on the basis of race, creed, ancestry, marital status, gender, sexual orientation, age, physical disability, veteran’s status, political service or affiliation, color, religion, or national origin.
